We are [two of] the Nine...
The nine riders of the darkness....
Our horses bring shadow and chaos, our swords brings death and fear....
Middle-earth has forgot the fear...
We will remind them of what it feels like to live in fear...
We will remind them of the sound our jackboots make against their throats.

Story:

The girls were so excited.  They had been working on their routines together for a while now, and spent countless hours putting the finishing details on the costumes and tack.  The day had finally come, and they were ready to perform together.

The stallions were both of the Traaker breed – with fine muscular bodies and strong legs.  They were almost the exact same height, and when covered in costume, made a decently matched pair.  Having spent time in training and socialization together, both Moon and Hunter had learned to work next to one another and appeared to be developing a friendship of their own, despite being intact stallions.

Now, as the evening was progressing and the sun was sinking beyond the horizon, the girls mounted their horses, arranging their dark costumes and drawing the deep hoods up over their helmets to complete the look, as they prepared to enter the arena.  Their large flowing robes nearly covered their faces and some dark makeup helped create the impression of mysterious evil riders.  Metal shards had been glued onto their gloves, to finish of the Ringwraith-influenced appearance.  The horses tack had been quite tedious – using pieces of baroque tack and some old metal scraps, not to mention a custom made metal breast plate with a gem eye to complete the effect.  But in the end, it was worth it, and both girls loved the finished costumes.

They walked forward with their horses, entering the arena and coming to the designated starting point where they halted the stallions and waited for the dramatic music to begin.  There was a large glass wall showcasing the last brilliant colors of the setting sun against a rustic backdrop, and creating a dimness in the arena that would help create just the right atmosphere.  The music roared to life as horse and rider sprung into action… harmonious mirrors reflecting each other's majestic movements.</blockquote>
